Duygu Tüntaş

Born and educated in Ankara, Duygu Tüntaş is an architect and architectural photographer. Receiving her undergraduate (2009-top of the class) and graduate (2012) degrees from the same department, she pursues her interest as a PhD candidate and full-time faculty at METU, Department of Architecture. Awarded with many prizes in architectural competitions and received several scholarships for academic achievements, Duygu is currently a Fulbright visiting scholar at Columbia GSAPP with a research focus on the formal processes and design methods in architecture.

Güliz Korkmaz

Received bachelor degree from METU Faculty of Architecture, City and Regional Planning Department (1998), completed her master’s study at Hacettepe University, Department of Painting (2002), and received her PhD from METU City and Regional Planning Department (2007). Working as the Layout Editor of Publications of MFA and METU JFA since 2000. She has practiced various mediums of art including painting, photography, graphic design and ceramics and translated two books on art from English to Turkish.

Cemal Emden

M. Cemal Emden was born in Kayseri in 1967. He graduated from the Faculty of Architecture at Yıldız Technical University in 1990. He continued his master’s degree at his alma mater and completed in 1993. Emden is an architect as well as a professional photographer specializing in architecture, interior decoration, landscape and furniture photography. His photographs were published in magazines, books and exhibition projects both in Turkey and abroad.
