Received bachelor degree from METU Faculty of Architecture, City and Regional Planning Department (1998), completed her master’s study at Hacettepe University, Department of Painting (2002), and received her PhD from METU City and Regional Planning Department (2007). Working as the Layout Editor of Publications of MFA and METU JFA since 2000. She has practiced various mediums of art including painting, photography, graphic design and ceramics and translated two books on art from English to Turkish. However, her main area of interest became ceramics after she started taking courses at METU, Ödül Işıtman’s ceramics studio in 2005. Working at her own ceramics studio since 2015 and she has held three solo exhibitions in Ankara and İstanbul in 2014 and 2015.
